- • Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers within the GTM and Business Development organization, aligning hiring strategies with company objectives and long-term workforce planning.
- • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact business roles across revenue, strategy, and operations functions, from pipeline development to offer negotiation and closing.
- • Proactively source and engage top-tier, often passive, candidates using creative and targeted outreach strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals.
- • Lead calibrated screening and structured interview processes that ensure consistency, rigor, and adherence to a high hiring bar, with a focus on quality and fit for leadership and strategic roles.
- • Provide consultative, data-driven updates to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions through market insights, pipeline analytics, and talent trend analysis.
- • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding, serving as a primary brand ambassador for Harvey AI.
- • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, interview frameworks, documentation, and tools to scale operations efficiently amid rapid growth.
- • Partner closely with People, Finance, and executive leadership to support headcount forecasting, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices and helping elevate the overall performance and standards of the talent team.
- • Identify and implement scalable solutions to optimize recruiting operations, including process automation, candidate tracking, and pipeline management systems.
- • Maintain deep understanding of recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and diversity pipeline composition, and use data to guide strategy.
- • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for both immediate openings and future hiring needs, anticipating talent gaps before they arise.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure hiring practices reflect company values, promote diversity, and uphold legal and ethical standards.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition strategy, providing candid feedback and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of senior-level business roles in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
- • Strong experience hiring for multiple business-side functions (e.g., GTM, G&A, operations), including strategic and leadership-level roles.
- • Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies that yield high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines.
- • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights, with the ability to translate data into action.
- • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
