  • • Filigran SAS, a dynamic and rapidly expanding entity within the cybertech ecosystem, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Systems Manager to spearhead the administration and optimization of its HubSpot instance. Founded in October 2022, Filigran is at the forefront of revolutionizing cyber threat management through innovative open-source solutions. Our mission is to empower organizations globally by developing tools that proactively anticipate cyber threats, identify critical security vulnerabilities, and fortify their overall security posture. With a growing user base of over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide, Filigran is making a significant impact in the cybersecurity landscape.
  • • This pivotal role is designed for an individual who will serve as the central point of expertise for HubSpot, ensuring its seamless configuration, effective integration with other core business systems, and widespread adoption across all relevant teams. The Senior Business Systems Manager will operate at the nexus of Sales, People, and Finance operations, making this a high-impact, cross-functional position that is integral to the company's operational efficiency and strategic growth. You will be instrumental in shaping how Filigran leverages its technology stack to drive business outcomes.
  • • *Systems Administration & Ownership:**
  • • Take full ownership of the day-to-day administration, meticulous configuration, and continuous optimization of the HubSpot platform. This includes managing user accounts, permissions, and ensuring the system aligns with evolving business needs.
  • • Maintain the highest standards of data integrity within HubSpot, implementing robust processes for data cleansing, deduplication, and validation. You will be responsible for managing user access controls, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
  • • Develop, implement, and manage automated workflows and sequences within HubSpot to streamline business processes, enhance team productivity, and improve customer engagement. This includes designing and refining sales pipelines, marketing automation campaigns, and customer service processes.
  • • Act as the primary liaison and point of contact for HubSpot vendor relationships, managing support tickets, escalating issues as needed, and staying abreast of new features and product updates. You will be responsible for evaluating and recommending new tools or integrations that can enhance HubSpot's capabilities.
  • • Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People Operations to deeply understand their business processes. You will then translate these requirements into effective system configurations and solutions within HubSpot, ensuring the platform directly supports and enhances operational objectives.
  • • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all HubSpot configurations, custom workflows, integration setups, and user training materials. This documentation will serve as a critical resource for internal teams and future system administrators.
  • • *Reporting & Data Quality:**
  • • Lead initiatives to clean, organize, and enrich both historical and current/future data within HubSpot. This involves developing strategies for data migration, transformation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • • Define, implement, and rigorously enforce data governance standards and best practices across the HubSpot platform. This includes establishing clear guidelines for data entry, data ownership, and data usage to maintain a single source of truth.
  • • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies, anomalies, and errors. You will develop monitoring mechanisms to detect potential data quality issues before they impact business operations.
  • • Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards within HubSpot to provide key stakeholders with actionable business intelligence. This includes tracking sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, customer engagement metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • • *Stakeholder Enablement & Process Improvement:**
  • • Design and deliver effective training programs and ongoing support to end-users across various teams. Empower users to leverage HubSpot to its full potential by sharing best practices, tips, and advanced functionalities.
  • • Actively gather detailed business requirements from diverse teams, translating complex needs into practical and efficient HubSpot configurations and solutions. You will facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of user needs.
  • • Serve as a critical bridge between business teams and technical resources, ensuring clear communication and alignment. You will advocate for user needs while also communicating technical constraints and possibilities.
  • • Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes through the strategic application of HubSpot and related technologies. This includes identifying areas for automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced user experience.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence Filigran's operational backbone, working with cutting-edge AI technologies in the cybersecurity domain. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue and Finance Operations and collaborate closely with the VP of Strategy, Revenue Ops, and IT Ops, contributing to the company's rapid growth and success.
