- • Your core responsibility will be the end-to-end management of complex corporate travel itineraries, encompassing air travel, premium hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and any bespoke or specialized requests.
- • You will leverage your expertise to provide expert recommendations that not only align with traveller preferences but also strictly adhere to company travel policies and robust duty of care protocols.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves expertly handling urgent and high-impact travel disruptions, requiring you to act with speed, empathy, and absolute precision to minimize inconvenience and ensure traveller safety.
- • You will manage communications across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, operating within a dynamic and fast-paced Executive Care environment.
