- • As a Senior Business Travel Consultant at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences to business travelers, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and the company’s mission to eliminate shadow work and power real work through intelligent travel and spend management solutions.
- • You will provide first-class, 7-star service by managing end-to-end travel arrangements—including flights, car rentals, and hotel bookings—for strategic North American clients using GDS systems like Amadeus or Sabre, ensuring accuracy, compliance with SLAs, and proactive issue resolution across live chat, phone, and email channels.
- • You will operate within Perk’s Customer Care team, a foundational pillar of the company’s success, collaborating with colleagues and supporting team leaders to uphold high service standards while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to a culture of empathy, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- • You will develop deep expertise in corporate travel operations, GDS systems, and client relationship management, gaining opportunities to grow into leadership roles, influence process improvements, and benefit from mentorship by Perk’s 7-Star management team while working in a values-driven, globally diverse environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Expert knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre GDS systems, including autonomous manual and automated ticket reissuing
- • Proficiency in air fares, ticketing procedures, and North American business travel culture and customer expectations
- • Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant with strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), exceptional organization, and the ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
