  • • You will provide first-class, 7-star service by managing end-to-end travel arrangements—including flights, car rentals, and hotels—for strategic North American clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive support throughout the travel lifecycle while mentoring junior team members and maintaining GDS queue efficiency.
  • • You will join a globally distributed, values-driven team of over 1,800 professionals across 12 offices, united by a culture of ownership, empathy, and innovation, where your expertise in GDS systems and customer advocacy will help shape how millions experience seamless business travel.

  • • Provide first-class, 7-star service to business travelers, managing travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently using Amadeus or Sabre GDS systems with zero tolerance for errors in ticketing or itinerary accuracy.
  • • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, car rentals, hotels) for Perk’s most strategic North American clients, tailoring options to meet specific business needs, preferences, and policy constraints while optimizing cost and convenience.
  • • Work autonomously to handle client inquiries via live chat, telephone, and email, diagnosing issues quickly and implementing solutions without escalation, while maintaining a consistently professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone.
  • • Proactively monitor and maintain GDS queues to ensure timely processing of bookings, changes, and cancellations, adhering strictly to service level agreements (SLAs) and identifying bottlenecks before they impact client experience.
  • • Mentor and support junior consultants by answering questions, reviewing their work for quality and compliance, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Expert proficiency in Amadeus or Sabre GDS systems, including autonomous manual and automated ticket reissuing, fare calculation, and itinerary management for complex business travel.
  • • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Travel Consultant serving B2B clients in North America, with deep familiarity of corporate travel policies, supplier relationships, and regional customer expectations.
  • • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with proven ability to convey technical travel details clearly and empathetically across phone, email, and live chat channels.
