  • • As a Senior Business Travel Consultant at Perk.com Inc., you will be instrumental in delivering an unparalleled, seven-star service experience tailored specifically for senior leaders, executives, and our most valued corporate clientele.
  • • This role transcends traditional booking agent duties, focusing instead on a highly personalized, time-critical, and relationship-driven approach to executive travel management.
  • • You will be the trusted advisor for discerning clients, anticipating their needs and proactively managing their complex travel arrangements.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end management of all aspects of executive and VIP corporate travel, encompassing flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any unique, bespoke requests.
  • • You will leverage your expertise to provide expert recommendations that align perfectly with traveller preferences, company travel policies, and crucial duty of care obligations.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves managing urgent and high-impact travel disruptions with exceptional speed, empathy, and unwavering precision, ensuring minimal inconvenience to the executive.
  • • You will expertly navigate and manage multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, within a dynamic and fast-paced Executive Care environment.
  • • Success in this role requires a delicate balance between delivering a premium, white-glove service and consistently meeting critical operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, average handle time, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be building and nurturing long-term, robust relationships with executive travellers through the delivery of consistently high-quality, personalized service.
  • • You will actively collaborate with your peers and the wider team to foster and maintain a high-performance, elite service culture that embodies Perk's commitment to excellence.
  • • This role demands a proactive and anticipatory approach, ensuring a seamless travel experience from inception to completion for every executive and VIP traveller.
  • • You will be empowered to make confident decisions on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong ownership, sound judgment, and unwavering accountability in every single interaction.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hospitality, premium travel services, or luxury customer service, complemented by a deep understanding of contact centre operations where productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) are paramount and must coexist harmoniously.
  • • You will thrive in an environment that operates at pace, adeptly managing intricate itineraries and making swift, informed decisions.
  • • Your ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under high-pressure situations will be critical to your success.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring all travel arrangements adhere to company policy and duty of care protocols, providing peace of mind to both the traveller and the organization.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, supporting a diverse international client base across various European locations, including Germany, Portugal, Ireland, the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
  • • You will be a key player in upholding Perk's mission to eliminate shadow work and power real work with real impact by ensuring executives can focus on their core responsibilities without the burden of travel logistics.
  • • By providing an exceptional travel experience, you directly contribute to the overall productivity and morale of senior leadership, reinforcing Perk's commitment to a positive work environment.
  • • You will be an ambassador for Perk's values, embodying a 7-star service ethos in all your client interactions and internal collaborations.
  • • The role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential travel issues before they arise and implementing preventative measures.
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest travel trends, industry best practices, and global travel advisories to provide the most informed and up-to-date advice to clients.
  • • Continuous improvement will be a key focus, seeking feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • • The ability to manage complex, multi-leg journeys and intricate visa or entry requirements will be essential.
  • • You will be adept at handling last-minute changes and cancellations with grace and efficiency, turning potential crises into smooth resolutions.

  • • You will be a critical point of contact, offering a reliable and expert resource for all executive travel needs.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the travel experience for some of the most influential individuals within client organizations, making a tangible impact on their professional lives.
  • • You will be part of a global team, contributing to a company that is revolutionizing business travel and spend management through intelligent technology and exceptional service.
  • • Your dedication to providing a superior travel experience will directly support Perk's mission to transform how businesses operate and how people feel at work.
