- • As a Senior Buyer at Mitel Networks Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving cost savings and value creation by developing and executing procurement strategies for assigned categories and regions, directly contributing to business success in a global organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading stakeholder analyses, building global procurement strategies and action plans, supporting tenders, negotiating and formalizing contracts, managing supplier lifecycles, identifying cost-saving initiatives, tracking expenses, and creating purchase orders in close collaboration with internal teams.
- • You will join a global procurement team at Mitel, a company dedicated to helping businesses connect and collaborate through innovative communication solutions, operating in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and professional growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation within the telecom and IT sectors, while developing leadership skills in cross-functional stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in a similar procurement or buying role
- • Extensive, demonstrable experience and successful outcomes as a Software & Solutions Buyer
- • Experience in the Telecoms or related industry is essential
- • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle independent RFP and RFQ processes
- • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is considered an advantage
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with sharp attention to detail
