- • Own active influencer and UGC campaigns end-to-end, from writing the brief to delivering the final performance report with clear takeaways.
- • Source and manage creator partnerships across relevant verticals, building relationships that produce repeat, high-quality content rather than one-off posts.
- • Brief creators clearly and manage feedback rounds with the internal creative team, keeping timelines tight and quality high.
- • Pull campaign performance data regularly, identify what is working and what is not, and translate those findings into concrete changes for the next campaign.
- • Manage up to directors by proactively communicating campaign status, flagging blockers early, and coming to meetings with answers rather than questions.
- • Navigate cross-functional workflows across product, creative, and leadership without needing hand-holding, keeping campaigns moving even when internal processes are ambiguous.
- • Stay current on content formats, creator trends, and platform shifts so that Polymarket's campaigns reflect what is actually resonating right now, not what worked six months ago.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 5 years of experience running influencer and UGC campaigns for tech companies, with work that spans both brand awareness and conversion-focused content.
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and implement specific, measurable changes to subsequent campaigns based on what you found.
- • Experience managing creator relationships independently, including sourcing, briefing, and holding partners accountable to deliverables and quality standards.
