📋 Description

• Senior Campaign Manager for SaaS Manager at 1Password, responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline growth for a high-potential cybersecurity product in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Own end-to-end growth marketing strategy, including campaign planning, execution, measurement, and optimization using AI-powered tools to accelerate insights and scale what works.
• Partner with Product, PMM, Sales, and Revenue Marketing to shape positioning, build full-funnel campaigns, and align on go-to-market strategy for new logo acquisition and cross-sell expansion.
• Build and leverage AI agents and automated workflows to improve efficiency, surface insights faster, and focus on strategic initiatives that move the needle.
• Operate with ownership and experimentation in ambiguous conditions, testing plays, iterating based on data, and creating repeatable growth loops to scale the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a proven track record of building programs from the ground up.
• Strong ability to own pipeline outcomes end-to-end across multi-channel campaigns, driving pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue impact without waiting for perfect conditions.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the content/messaging needed to influence them, plus strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth metrics including ARR, pipeline, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Proactive use of AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation — speeding research, insights, and content iteration while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
• Must be based in EST (Eastern Standard Time) due to location requirement for remote role within Canada and the US.
