- • The Senior Catalog Manager & PIM role is a strategic business owner responsible for establishing, governing, and optimizing the enterprise product catalog strategy for a leading digital transformation agency in the travel and hospitality sector, ensuring scalable, consistent, and localized product data powers critical customer experiences across mobile apps, booking funnels, and resort systems.
- • Day to day, the person will define master catalog vision and taxonomy, lead PIM platform evaluation and rollout (focusing on Akeneo), architect omnichannel product schemas, drive integration with AEM and other enterprise systems, optimize product discoverability for conversion, manage multilingual data quality and localization across +8 languages, and facilitate stakeholder alignment between Revenue Management, Commerce, Digital Experience, and external partners.

- • In this role, the person will deepen expertise in enterprise PIM strategy and governance, gain hands-on leadership experience with Akeneo and AEM integration, master complex data modeling for omnichannel hospitality ecosystems, and become a trusted subject matter expert in product data enablement for booking and conversion, positioning them for senior leadership in digital commerce and product information management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related field
- • 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management (MDM)
- • Proven experience leading enterprise PIM implementations within hospitality, travel, resorts, e-commerce, marketplaces, or booking ecosystems
- • Strong technical strategy background with PIM setups (preferably Akeneo, or platforms like Salsify, Informatica, Pimcore, Stibo Systems, or inriver)
- • Direct experience working alongside Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms
- • Thorough understanding of API-driven integrations, data validation schemas, Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, and data governance frameworks
