- • Drive revenue growth through strategic National and Regional Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies for 1Password’s enterprise cybersecurity and SaaS solutions.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership at key partner organizations to secure commitment, expand business, and increase mindshare for 1Password solutions.
- • Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners that align with 1Password’s strategic growth initiatives to expand the partner ecosystem.
- • Lead joint selling efforts with partners, including account mapping, co-selling strategies, and pipeline development to accelerate revenue and customer adoption.
- • Enable and empower partners through sales training, marketing programs, demand generation initiatives, and partner enablement resources.
- • Work cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment, maximize partner impact, and advocate for partner needs internally.
- • Leverage data-driven insights from pipeline tracking, forecasting, and industry trends to optimize partnership strategies, measure performance, and manage risks.
- • Champion 1Password’s differentiation in the competitive cybersecurity landscape and position it as a leading security solution within the partner ecosystem.
- • Drive execution urgency and ensure alignment with 1Password’s fast-paced growth trajectory and evolving partner strategy.
- • Serve as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring they receive necessary support, resources, and alignment to drive sales and customer success.
- • Utilize AI tools daily to enhance selling effectiveness, gain real-time coaching insights, and anticipate customer needs, contributing to smarter and faster decision-making.
- • Travel up to 40-50% to meet with partners, attend events, and support joint go-to-market activities, with a requirement to be located in the Greater Chicago, Boston, or New York area.
- • Mentor junior Channel Account Managers to develop talent and strengthen the overall channel team.
- • Maintain a proactive, results-oriented approach with strong accountability and a passion for cultivating world-class channel partnerships in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- • Adapt to rapid changes, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in ambiguity while consistently delivering results in a high-growth SaaS cybersecurity company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of progressive experience in channel roles at enterprise software companies, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- • Proven track record of developing and executing channel strategies that drove significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- • Deep, established executive-level relationships with key National and Regional Partners
- • Ability to travel up to 50%+ and be located in the Greater Chicago, Boston, or New York area
- • Advanced consultative selling and relationship-building skills with experience leading joint selling efforts
- • Experience using data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and manage risks
