- • As a Senior Channel Partner Manager for the EMEA region at Miro, Inc., you will be a pivotal, quota-carrying leader within a high-performing and globally distributed Channel Partnerships team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, enable, and scale impactful channel partnerships that are critical to accelerating revenue growth and ensuring outstanding customer outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly shape and expand a core component of Miro's business strategy.
- • You will report directly to the EMEA Head of Partner Sales and will collaborate closely with regional sales leadership and various cross-functional teams. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving revenue, fostering customer adoption, and cultivating long-term partner success.
- • This position is perfectly suited for a strategic and hands-on professional who thrives on building new programs, forging strong relationships, and developing go-to-market (GTM) motions from the ground up. You will take ownership of partner GTM strategy, cultivate executive-level relationships with partners, oversee enablement initiatives, and orchestrate co-marketing activities.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve continuously optimizing partner performance through data-driven execution, ensuring that our partner ecosystem is not only growing but also highly effective.
- • You will be responsible for owning and delivering against a specific partner revenue quota, meticulously tracking and managing key performance metrics across your assigned region to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- • Your recruitment efforts will focus on identifying and onboarding a diverse range of partners, including resellers, distributors, solution partners, consultancies, and referral partners, each playing a unique role in expanding Miro's market reach.
- • A significant part of your mandate will be to design and implement a scalable partner onboarding and enablement experience. This program must effectively support the entire B2B SaaS sales cycle, equipping partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
- • You will develop comprehensive joint GTM plans with strategic partners. These plans will encompass a variety of co-marketing initiatives, such as joint events, webinars, and targeted demand generation campaigns, all aimed at driving mutual growth.
- • Driving strong sales alignment between our channel partners and Miro's internal sales teams will be crucial. This collaboration is essential for accelerating pipeline creation and ensuring efficient deal closure, maximizing the impact of our partnerships.
- • Building and maintaining robust executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders is paramount. You will lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and continuously refine joint GTM strategies based on performance and market feedback.
- • You will also support partners in their ability to deliver effective post-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, and maximizing long-term customer value through partner engagement.
- • Cross-functional collaboration will be a daily occurrence. You will work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their objectives and contribute to Miro's overall success.
- • This role requires a strategic thinker capable of setting clear, long-term plans while also demonstrating the agility and drive to execute and deliver short-term wins. A deep understanding of the B2B SaaS sales motion is essential, along with the ability to empower partners to effectively replicate this motion.
- • You will leverage your proven experience in closing deals and managing opportunities from initial lead generation through negotiation and final close. Comfort in balancing experimentation and iteration with the development of scalable, repeatable partner programs is key.
- • Your creative and forward-thinking approach will be vital in building a partnership ecosystem that extends beyond traditional IT channel models, exploring new avenues for growth and collaboration.
- • As an extroverted and relationship-driven individual, you will excel at working across diverse cultures and functions, fostering strong, productive partnerships.
- • You will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time to engage with partners and attend industry events across the EMEA region.
