- • Senior CICS Systems Programmer responsible for configuring and maintaining CICS systems across multiple environments to ensure seamless functioning of mission-critical applications.
- • Day-to-day tasks include customizing IBM and ISV software, providing 24/7 support for CICS-dependent applications, analyzing logs and dumps, and collaborating with technical teams for rapid issue resolution.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in CICS systems, performance optimization, and enterprise-level mainframe support while contributing to high-volume transaction systems in the financial services industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience supporting CICS environments within the insurance or mutual fund industry
- • Extensive experience in the securities industry
- • Proficiency in programming languages such as Assembler and Rexx is a plus
- • Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and real-time problem determination
- • Expertise in using performance management tools and techniques to optimize system resources
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide technical guidance and collaborate with development teams
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
