📋 Description

• Senior Client Delivery Lead responsible for managing technology domains such as billing, finance, and communications for European client projects on the Kraken platform, ensuring successful migrations and long-term technology support.
• Day-to-day activities include understanding client needs, refining solutions using Kraken’s capabilities, collaborating with product and development teams, and acting as a liaison between Kraken and clients to deliver project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in client delivery or project management within energy, utilities, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of billing, finance, or customer information systems (CIS), preferably in the energy industry.
• Ability to translate client needs into technical solutions and work effectively with product and development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge client and internal teams.
• Experience supporting technology migrations or long-term system implementations.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement in client environments.
