- • Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving new business within the Senior Living sector? Netsmart, a leader in connected care solutions, is seeking a high-performing Senior Client Development Executive to spearhead growth in our rapidly expanding Senior Living market.
- • This is a strategic, hunter-focused role designed for individuals who possess direct, hands-on experience selling to Senior Living organizations. Your primary mission will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing Netsmart as the indispensable partner for organizations aiming to modernize their operations and elevate resident care.
- • You will be instrumental in leading consultative, value-based sales conversations with C-suite executives and key operational leaders. Your expertise will guide these conversations towards demonstrating how Netsmart’s industry-leading solutions can significantly enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and ultimately elevate the quality of resident care.
- • This role demands ownership of the entire sales cycle. This includes developing and executing a robust territory strategy, proactively creating and managing a healthy sales pipeline, expertly aligning Netsmart’s comprehensive suite of solutions with client needs, and delivering compelling, executive-level presentations that articulate clear value propositions.
- • While prior experience with SaaS or healthcare technology solutions is considered a valuable asset, the most critical requirement for success in this position is demonstrable, real-world experience selling into the Senior Living market. Candidates who possess an intimate understanding of this market, deeply comprehend the unique challenges and motivations of Senior Living buyers, and can leverage existing relationships or quickly activate new ones from day one will be exceptionally well-positioned to thrive.
- • This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional seeking uncapped earning potential, the chance to make a profound and meaningful impact on the lives of residents and the success of senior living communities, and the prestige of representing the undisputed market leader in connected care technology.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of sales activities, including but not limited to:
- • Proactively generating new business through persistent and strategic prospecting, utilizing both in-person engagement and telephone outreach to identify and engage potential new customers.
- • Conducting thorough initial evaluations of prospective clients to understand their current operational landscape, identify pain points, and assess their potential fit with Netsmart’s offerings.
- • Leading the solution planning and development process, working collaboratively with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations that directly address identified client needs.
- • Qualifying inbound leads generated from executive calling programs, as well as meticulously qualifying outbound prospects identified through proactive, target-based outreach.
- • Developing a deep understanding of clients’ unique business needs, challenges, and strategic objectives, and expertly recommending appropriate Netsmart solutions that align with and address these specific requirements.
- • Diligently managing and growing your existing sales pipeline through consistent, direct, and value-added contact with all prospective new clients, ensuring opportunities remain active and progress towards closure.
- • Collaborating effectively with technical specialists and marketing support staff to meticulously qualify opportunities and expertly complete Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other complex sales documentation.
- • Building and maintaining strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of prospective client organizations, fostering trust and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the Senior Living and broader healthcare technology sectors to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed guidance to clients.
- • Achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets and quotas through strategic planning, diligent execution, and a relentless focus on client success.
- • Representing Netsmart at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- • Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies by providing feedback and insights from the field.
