• • The Senior Client Manager - Major Market role is a strategic, client-facing position within Newfront’s Employee Benefits team, responsible for managing relationships with Mid-Market and Large Group clients (250+ lives) to deliver tailored benefit solutions that align with business goals.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, leading client calls and meetings, managing annual renewal and open enrollment cycles, overseeing compliance deliverables (e.g., 5500s, SPD Wraps, ACA notices), coordinating technology implementations with the EB Systems team, and mentoring junior consultants while independently managing complex accounts.
