- • As a Senior Client Partner Account Manager at Tinuiti, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, driving measurable marketing outcomes by aligning media strategy with business goals and ensuring accountability across campaigns in a $4B digital media under management environment.
- • Day to day, you will foster strong, transparent client relationships through regular updates on project status, issue resolution, and proactive communication; lead budget development and forecasting to ensure efficient media spend utilization and accurate billing; conduct deep data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, and Kantar/Vivvix to uncover insights and optimize campaign performance; collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio to execute integrated strategies; educate clients on strategic decisions to build confidence and trust in Tinuiti’s expertise; and maintain channel-specific expertise in SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, and more to tie recommendations directly to client objectives.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in full-funnel marketing analytics, strategic account leadership, and cross-channel campaign optimization, positioning yourself as a industry-leading Client Partner capable of driving significant client ROI while mastering Tinuiti’s data-driven methodologies and internal growth frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of experience in Client Partner or Account Management roles with a proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- • Expertise in multiple digital platforms and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint, and project management systems.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and client presentations.
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- • Strong business acumen with skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial KPI management to ensure efficient media spend and accurate client billing.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and internal teams across functions.
