- ⢠As a Senior Client Partner at Coderio LLC, you will serve as the primary commercial and relationship owner for enterprise clients post-sale, driving the Expand phase of the companyās growth strategy by increasing value, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. This role is critical to sustaining long-term revenue growth and deepening client trust in a competitive B2B technology services landscape.
- ⢠You will own the expansion strategy across enterprise clients, focusing on upsells, cross-sells, and referrals while building deep, trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with evolving client needs and strategic objectives.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading strategic business reviews tied to measurable business outcomes, navigating contract renewals and modifications with confidence, and proactively managing conflict or misalignment to preserve and grow account health.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with internal teams ā including delivery, engineering, and product ā to ensure client feedback informs service improvements and that expansion initiatives are technically feasible and value-driven.
- ⢠This role demands strong business acumen to interpret client priorities, market dynamics, and operational constraints, enabling you to position Coderioās offerings as strategic investments rather than tactical services.
- ⢠Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese considered a strong plus, reflecting the international nature of Coderioās client base and the need for seamless communication across regions.
- ⢠You will be expected to travel when necessary to meet clients in person, reinforcing relationship depth and demonstrating commitment during pivotal moments such as negotiations, reviews, or crisis resolution.
- ⢠Success in this role is measured by your ability to grow a book of business by 25%+ annually, leveraging your proven track record in account expansion within technology services environments.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Customer Success within the technology services industry
- ⢠5+ years of commercial negotiation experience, including renewals, contract management, and conflict resolution
- ⢠3+ years of proven success growing a book of business by 25%+ annually, measured by revenue or ACV
- ⢠Previous technical background as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, or Architect
- ⢠Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client priorities, market dynamics, and operational needs
- ⢠Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus)
- ⢠Availability to travel when clients require in-person engagement
