- • You will be instrumental in guiding some of EMEA's most influential companies through the adoption of cutting-edge immersive technologies, sophisticated digital twins, and dynamic real-time 3D solutions. Your primary objective will be to drive significant growth by identifying and securing new enterprise accounts, cultivating and expanding high-impact use cases within existing clients, and fostering deep, value-driven engagements across Unity's comprehensive Industry portfolio.
- • This role demands a strategic and proactive approach to account management. You will be responsible for building and meticulously managing a strategic portfolio of key accounts, developing detailed, actionable account plans that outline growth opportunities, key stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption roadmaps.
- • A core function of this position is to actively drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth. This involves rigorously qualifying sales pipeline opportunities, nurturing leads through complex sales cycles, and ultimately closing high-value enterprise deals that align with customer needs and Unity's strategic objectives.
- • You will play a crucial role in expanding the adoption and impact of Unity's solutions within existing customer accounts. This includes identifying new opportunities for innovative use cases, influencing key stakeholders at all levels to champion the adoption of Unity technologies, and demonstrating the tangible business value and ROI that Unity delivers.
- • Success in this role hinges on exceptional cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Unity's Partner teams to leverage channel opportunities, collaborate with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and product alignment, and partner with Services teams to guarantee successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- • Beyond transactional sales, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients. This involves deeply understanding their unique business challenges and strategic goals, translating complex technical requirements and business needs into scalable, effective Unity solutions, and articulating the long-term vision for how real-time 3D and immersive technologies can revolutionize their operations.
- • You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the industrial landscape, including trends in digital transformation, manufacturing, automotive, architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), and other relevant sectors where real-time 3D is making a significant impact.
- • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on long-term customer relationships and value creation.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and how Unity can provide solutions.
- • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business unit leaders, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales specialists, technical pre-sales, marketing, and professional services, to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and guidance to both clients and internal teams.
- • Articulate the value proposition of Unity's platform and solutions clearly and persuasively, tailoring presentations and demonstrations to specific customer needs and business objectives.
- • Manage complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices within the EMEA Industry team, sharing insights and learnings to foster collective growth and success.
