- • The Senior Client Representative provides professional administrative support to the account management team, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of client services through strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client inquiries, preparing compliance deliverables, managing enrollment processing, resolving eligibility issues, coordinating client technology solutions, reviewing plan documents, processing carrier and client contact changes, preparing client communications, performing general administration and data entry, attending client renewal meetings, and mentoring junior team members.

🎯 Requirements
