- • As a Senior Clinical & AI Product Manager at Sonio SAS, you will drive the development and adoption of AI-powered anomaly detection features for maternal and fetal medicine, directly contributing to improved prenatal screening and reduced diagnostic errors in a mission-driven company dedicated to improving women's and children's health through technological innovation.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features for in-utero fetal abnormality detection, defining long-term vision, prioritizing based on clinical need and technical feasibility, and ensuring alignment with market trends and business impact while working at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and cutting-edge hardware-software integration through the Sonio-Samsung synergy team.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, insurers, and patients to gather clinical intelligence; translating complex medical requirements into actionable technical and clinical specifications for engineering, design, regulatory, and clinical affairs teams; creating detailed product specifications covering algorithm performance, UX, and usability; conducting iterative testing with clinicians, analyzing feedback, and driving product improvements.
- • You will lead product verification and quality assurance through in-house and field testing, ensuring functionality, performance, and UX meet clinical specifications; identifying and prioritizing issues; and promoting resolution via cross-functional collaboration; defining and monitoring KPIs, analyzing user personas, deriving market insights, and proposing data-driven enhancements to product value.
- • You will establish demo and clinical test plans, coordinate schedules and logistics, prepare test environments, conduct on-site demonstrations with customers and KOLs, collect and follow up on feedback, and partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and clinical evidence to drive adoption.
- • You will work closely with a newly formed team focused on Sonio-Samsung synergy projects, operating in a fast-paced, transparent, and innovative environment where teamwork, well-being, and logical problem-solving are prioritized, and you will have high exposure to both Samsung Healthcare and Sonio’s leadership.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI healthcare product management, gain hands-on experience with regulatory and clinical validation processes in maternal-fetal medicine, strengthen your ability to bridge clinical and technical domains, and lead impactful product initiatives that combine cutting-edge AI with real-world clinical workflows to improve global prenatal care access and quality.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in a relevant context, preferably involving AI, healthcare, or clinical products
- • Proven understanding of AI and healthcare/clinical products through prior work experience
- • Strong analytical skills with mastery of SQL, data visualization tools, reporting, UX KPIs, heatmaps, and funnel analysis
- • Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written)
- • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, regulatory, and clinical affairs teams
- • Experience creating product specifications, conducting iterative testing with clinicians, and driving product improvements based on feedback
