📋 Description

• The Senior Clinical Data Manager at Precision for Medicine leads and manages all aspects of clinical trial data management from study start-up to post-database lock, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance for assigned projects in the Asia Pacific region.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary data management contact, overseeing data entry processes and quality control, developing CRF specifications, managing database build and UAT, creating edit check specifications, maintaining data management documentation, training personnel, performing medical coding, coordinating AE/SAE reconciliation, liaising with vendors, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Precision for Medicine integrates clinical trial execution with scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences to improve the speed, cost, and success of bringing life-changing therapies to patients, with a growing presence in Asia Pacific.
• The role offers leadership opportunities in data management, exposure to global clinical trials, skill development in regulatory standards (CDISC, MedDRA, WHODrug), and the chance to contribute to meaningful healthcare advancements while working remotely from Taiwan.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 8+ years of experience in clinical data management
• Proficiency in clinical database management systems, including Medidata Rave and Veeva
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with professional English proficiency
