📋 Description

• • As a Senior Clinical Data Manager at Worldwide Clinical Trials, you will lead data management projects from database design through final dataset delivery, ensuring data integrity and quality for regulatory submissions that support life-saving medical research.
• • You will serve as the primary liaison with sponsors on all data management matters, representing Worldwide Clinical Trials with professionalism and expertise while driving project success through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing assigned data management projects, providing leadership to cross-functional data management teams, and ensuring adherence to Worldwide Clinical Trials SOPs while contributing to their continuous improvement.
• • You will create and review critical project documentation such as Data Management Plans and Data Management Files, conduct quality control checks including spot checks and database quality assessments, and oversee staff training and performance monitoring for team members on assigned projects.
• • Regular liaison with the Director, Data Management will keep leadership informed of project progress, risks, and outstanding issues, enabling timely decision-making and resource allocation.
• • Your role will involve training new staff in data management processes and best practices, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
• • You will bring strong computer literacy and numerical aptitude, with a willingness to adapt to various clinical trial systems and technologies used across global studies.
• • Excellent attention to detail and a questioning mindset will be essential as you validate data integrity, identify discrepancies, and formulate clear, impartial data queries to resolve issues.
• • Your ability to train and mentor new staff will contribute to team capability building and knowledge transfer across the organization.
