- • As a Senior Clinical Research Associate in Oncology, you will play a critical role in advancing clinical research for life-saving treatments by managing site activities for non-interventional and observational studies, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes in Brazil and beyond.
- • Day to day, you will identify and qualify clinical sites, conduct study initiation visits, manage regulatory documentation, train site staff on data collection and safety reporting, oversee study maintenance activities, and ensure proper study close-out, all while maintaining compliance with informed consent and adverse event reporting requirements.
- • You will join Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO with over 3,500 experts dedicated to transforming clinical research through innovation, quality, and a patient-centered approach, operating in a supportive, inclusive culture that values diverse backgrounds and professional growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in oncology and rare disease clinical trials, strengthen your project management and regulatory compliance skills, and advance along a clear career path toward Clinical Trial Manager, supported by regular coaching and access to executive leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- • Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease is required
- • 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree
- • Fluent in written and verbal English
- • Candidates must reside in Brazil
- • Willingness to travel regionally required
