📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud solutions using container orchestration and microservices patterns.
• Manage cloud resources including compute instances, networking components, storage, and load balancers across multiple cloud providers.
• Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud workloads with minimal downtime.
• Migrate on-premises applications and services to cloud environments using lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or re-architecting strategies.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization through auto-scaling policies, cost monitoring, and right-sizing recommendations.
• Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters on GKE, EKS, and AKS with multi-region and multi-cluster configurations.
• Implement and maintain Istio service mesh for microservices communication, including traffic management, mTLS, observability, and circuit breaking.
• Configure and manage HAProxy and Nginx for high-performance load balancing, reverse proxying, rate limiting, and API gateway functions.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for multi-cloud provisioning, with modular configurations and remote state management.
• Automate server provisioning and configuration using Ansible playbooks and roles integrated with Terraform workflows.
• Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD for declarative application delivery, including multi-cluster deployments and progressive delivery strategies like blue-green and canary releases.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Harness, integrating security scanning (SAST, DAST, container scanning) and artifact repositories.
• Deploy and manage Apache Kafka clusters for real-time data streaming, including topic design, partitioning, replication, and consumer lag monitoring.
• Configure and optimize ProxySQL for MySQL load balancing, high availability, query routing, connection pooling, and failover management.
• Implement cloud networking architectures including VPCs, subnets, network segmentation, VPNs, Direct Connect/Interconnect, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Configure and manage HashiCorp Vault for centralized secrets management, including dynamic secrets, secret engines (KV, database, PKI), and Kubernetes sidecar injection.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Prometheus for metrics collection, Grafana for visualization, and log aggregation tools for observability.
• Enforce network security controls using security groups, network ACLs, firewall rules, and software-defined networking principles.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, runbooks, configuration standards, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement policy-as-code using OPA or Sentinel to enforce compliance and security standards across infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, service mesh, networking, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure supports scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
• Hands-on experience managing production workloads across multiple cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI)
• Expert-level Kubernetes and Docker knowledge with managed service experience (GKE, EKS, AKS)
• Advanced Terraform and Ansible skills for infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Deep expertise in Istio service mesh, HAProxy, Nginx, and Apache Kafka operations
