📋 Description

• As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer at Humana Inc., you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to put health first by designing and implementing robust, scalable integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) that connect core enterprise systems and enable seamless data flow across finance, procurement, and supply chain functions.
• Your work will directly support Humana’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring secure, efficient, and intelligent automation of business processes — ultimately improving service delivery to millions of members and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Day to day, you will design, develop, and implement end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle OIC Gen3, including creating and managing integration flows, APIs, and connectors that link Oracle ERP Fusion Finance Cloud (Procure to Pay), Oracle ATP databases, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• You will analyze complex business requirements from Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders and translate them into technical designs that align with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.
• You will configure, optimize, and troubleshoot OIC integrations, leveraging patterns such as File-ERP, API-ERP, API-API, API-File, ERP-File, and ERP-API, while integrating with tools like CDF Kafka, Privacera, SAP FieldGlass, and Concur.
• You will design and implement Oracle AI agents within ERP environments to automate finance-domain processes, and develop processes within Oracle Cloud ATP databases and Object Storage to enhance data accessibility and transformation.
• You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to team best practices, and drive adoption of modern DevOps and Agile practices including test automation and CI/CD to accelerate delivery velocity.
• You will document all technical designs, integration flows, and operational procedures, and proactively engage with Oracle Support to resolve escalations via service requests.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations meet compliance, scalability, and reliability requirements while maintaining high availability in a remote, enterprise-scale environment.
• You will continuously learn and apply emerging cloud technologies, including AI APIs from Azure and Google Cloud, and deepen your expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in enterprise integration strategy.
• You will gain exposure to Humana’s innovative healthcare technology ecosystem, contributing to systems that improve health outcomes for Medicare, Medicaid, military, and underserved communities — allowing you to grow both technically and purposefully in a mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and middleware technologies, with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Finance Cloud, specifically within the Procure to Pay workstream (Purchase Orders, Suppliers, Invoices, Payments).
• Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen3, including extensive experience designing and implementing integration patterns such as File-ERP, API-ERP, API-API, API-File, ERP-File, and ERP-API, along with deep knowledge of Oracle ATP Database, Oracle Cloud Object Storage, and Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Implementation.

• Competitive base pay ranging from $106,900 to $147,000 per year, eligible for annual bonus incentives based on company and individual performance.
