- • As a pivotal leader within Pure Storage's expanding Bangalore Finance Hub, you will drive the global mission of optimizing cash flow and strengthening Everpure's financial foundation by leading a high-performing collections team to transform manual collections into a tech-forward, automated powerhouse.
- • You will coach and develop a high-performing collections team, foster a culture of accountability and empathy, ensure timely resolution of global overdue balances and dispute management, and partner with IT and Finance to migrate from manual workflows to automated, AI-based solutions using NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- • You will own monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasting, monitor DSO trends, provide executive leadership with actionable insights, and act as a key bridge between Revenue, Billing, Sales, Tax, Credit, Accounting, and IT to resolve complex billing and payment issues.
- • You will maintain and optimize global collections policies and SOX controls, ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, upskill the team on industry best practices, and build a scalable, AI-driven collections function supporting Pure Storage's mission of delivering a modern data experience worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to lead and mentor large-scale Finance or AR teams within a fast-paced, global technology or SaaS environment, with a focus on professional development and team upskilling.
- • High proficiency in ERP systems (such as NetSuite) and a track record of successfully implementing automation tools, RPA, or AI-driven analytics to replace manual financial processes.
- • Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners, effectively managing high-stakes escalations and complex financial negotiations.
- • A data-driven approach to collections management, with the ability to translate aging reports and DSO metrics into clear strategies for bad debt mitigation and operational improvement.
- • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones—including alignment with California-based headquarters—and the ability to work independently to drive results in a high-growth, multi-currency environment.
- • BS or BA or related professional qualification (preferred).
