- • As a Senior Commercial Account Executive at Zendesk, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth within the vibrant Danish commercial market. Your primary focus will be on expanding Zendesk's presence by generating net-new business and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with organizations ranging from 250 to 1,500 employees, specifically excluding the Technology and Financial Services sectors.
- • You will own the entire sales cycle, from the initial stages of prospecting and qualification through to the meticulous presentation of solutions, skillful negotiation, and ultimately, the successful closing of deals. This end-to-end responsibility ensures a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor Zendesk's offerings for maximum impact.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve proactive business development. This means identifying and converting high-potential accounts, meticulously building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and strategically increasing Zendesk's adoption within industries that are currently underpenetrated.
- • Beyond acquiring new clients, you will also be responsible for nurturing and growing existing accounts. This involves deepening strategic relationships with current customers, actively seeking out expansion opportunities within their organizations, and collaborating closely with our Customer Success team to guarantee sustained long-term value and satisfaction.
- • You will be a credible and knowledgeable advocate for Zendesk's market-leading, AI-powered Customer Experience (CX) platform. Your ability to articulate its value proposition will be crucial, demonstrating precisely how AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can drive significant business transformation for Danish companies.
- • To enhance your effectiveness and sales outcomes, you will leverage cutting-edge AI-driven sales tools. These tools will assist in various aspects of your work, including prospecting, in-depth research, proposal generation, and optimizing your time management for peak productivity.
- • A significant part of your engagement will involve interacting with executive and operational stakeholders, including C-level individuals. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding their digital transformation efforts and helping them reimagine their customer service strategies.
- • You will be adept at constructing compelling business cases and developing Return on Investment (ROI) models. These analyses will clearly link the implementation of Zendesk solutions to tangible, measurable customer impact and business benefits.
- • Success in this role requires close collaboration with various internal teams. You will work hand-in-hand with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure a seamless, integrated, and customer-centric sales experience from start to finish.
