• • The Senior Commercial Counsel at Mozilla Corporation serves as a trusted legal advisor to business teams across all commercial matters, providing proactive, solution-oriented guidance that balances business objectives with legal risk in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• • Day to day, the role involves building relationships across Mozilla’s business teams, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (including B2B SaaS, partnerships, marketing, and vendor contracts), managing multiple projects with limited oversight, and partnering with Global Business Group, Business Development, and Product teams to drive deal execution and support strategic initiatives.
