Senior Commercial Counsel (CST/EST)

📋 Description

• • As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be an integral part of DoiT International’s global legal team, handling commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers, and vendors while advising on complex legal matters including go-to-market initiatives and risk management.
• • Day to day, you will draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as SaaS, license, vendor, and data processing contracts; lead legal support for channel partner activities (MSP, VAR, distribution, SI); handle product launch support, collections, HR, and litigation matters; manage day-to-day legal inquiries; and address ad hoc corporate, compliance, data privacy, and risk assessment needs across time zones.
