• • Rwazi Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Community Manager to architect and fortify our vibrant global ecosystem. This pivotal role transcends traditional community management, focusing instead on the intricate network architecture that connects our contributors, mappers, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners. You will be the architect of how these diverse groups interact, collaborate, and mutually reinforce one another within the broader Rwazi network, ensuring our human surface area becomes a compounding source of trust, density, and strategic value.
• • At its core, this position is about building durable relational infrastructure. You will be accountable for designing the very structure of Rwazi’s ecosystem, ensuring it is resilient, cohesive, and strategically valuable. This involves strengthening relationships across all user segments, fostering meaningful cross-node interaction within the network, and cultivating an environment of increasing ecosystem resilience and loyalty. A key aspect of this role is the diligent protection of our long-term trust capital, ensuring that every interaction and structural decision contributes to a sustainable and thriving community.
• • Your responsibilities will span several critical areas. In Ecosystem Architecture, you will define the precise ways in which our contributors, enterprise users, and partners engage with each other and with Rwazi. This includes designing structured engagement models tailored to each stakeholder group, creating clear pathways for collaboration and shared value creation, and actively working to reduce ecosystem fragmentation. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our network operates harmoniously and efficiently.
• • In Multi-Stakeholder Relationship Strategy, you will be responsible for maintaining and deepening strong relationships across all core ecosystem segments. This requires a keen ability to identify potential trust gaps or sentiment risks early on and to develop sophisticated, structured communication strategies that are tailored to the unique needs and expectations of each segment. A delicate balance will be struck between maintaining enterprise professionalism and preserving the grassroots authenticity that defines our community.
• • Furthermore, you will establish and manage robust Community-to-Product Feedback Loops. This involves actively surfacing structured ecosystem insights to our Product and Leadership teams, identifying recurring friction points and opportunities for improvement across all stakeholders, and translating these vital ecosystem signals into actionable strategic adjustments that enhance the user experience and platform value.
• • As a steward of Identity & Narrative, you will work to strengthen Rwazi’s core identity within its network. This includes developing meaningful rituals, implementing effective recognition systems, and celebrating shared milestones that foster a sense of belonging and collective purpose. You will be the guardian of our tone, positioning, and relational clarity, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice across all community touchpoints.
• • In supporting Strategic Expansion, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Community to scale our ecosystem footprint. This involves evaluating new market or segment entry opportunities from a network perspective, identifying ecosystem-driven growth opportunities, and ensuring that our community strategy aligns with and supports our overall business objectives.
• • The impact of strong performance in this role will be significant, resulting in higher ecosystem cohesion, increased stakeholder loyalty, and a greater volume of cross-network referrals. You will contribute to reduced churn across both contributors and clients, ultimately building a stronger, more defensible competitive advantage – what we call Rwazi’s human moat.
• • It is crucial to understand what this role is NOT. This is not a role focused on delivery operations, reactive support, or transactional messaging. It is also not about community engagement for the sake of engagement itself. Instead, this role demands a deep, structured, and strategic approach to ecosystem thinking and network architecture. You will be building the foundational elements of our community, not merely managing day-to-day interactions.
