- • As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of our comprehensive compensation programs. This experienced individual contributor role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment and possesses a strong quantitative aptitude, exceptional analytical rigor, and the ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.
- • You will partner closely with the Compensation Manager, taking ownership of specific compensation processes and analytical workstreams. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment of our compensation practices across base pay, incentive plans, and equity programs. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, utilizing structured thinking to tackle complex, yet well-defined challenges.

- • You will contribute to the development and enhancement of scalable compensation practices that support Voleon's growth trajectory. This includes participating in the annual compensation review cycle, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs and recommending data-driven adjustments.
- • The Senior Compensation Analyst will also be involved in ad-hoc compensation projects, providing analytical support for new hire offers, promotions, and retention strategies. This requires a deep understanding of compensation principles and the ability to apply them in diverse scenarios. You will be expected to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders, including senior management.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the broader People team, finance, and business leaders to understand their compensation needs and provide expert guidance. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across different functions will be vital for the success of compensation initiatives.
- • Voleon prides itself on its unique and intellectually stimulating work environment. Your colleagues will include world-renowned experts in artificial intelligence and machine learning research, alongside seasoned finance and technology professionals. Our team is diverse, with individuals bringing unique perspectives from backgrounds as varied as concert music performance, humanitarian aid, opera singing, sports writing, and BMX racing. You will be an integral part of a team that is passionate about collective success and fosters a culture of continuous learning and mutual support.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing, technology-driven organization. You will be instrumental in shaping the compensation landscape at Voleon, ensuring that our programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. If you are a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for compensation and a desire to contribute to a forward-thinking company, we encourage you to apply.
- • We value precision, sound judgment, and strong analytical reasoning. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys delving deep into data to strengthen scalable compensation practices and contribute to the strategic objectives of the organization.
