📋 Description
- • Senior Compliance Officer - Card Schemes role at Adyen N.V. in São Paulo, responsible for ensuring compliance with card network and local payment method rules across global operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively identifying compliance obligations, translating them into policies and procedures, representing the team in cross-functional workstreams, strengthening knowledge management, participating in product risk assessments, supporting first-line oversight, handling stakeholder escalations, and advising internal and external stakeholders on compliant solutions.
- • Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing unified payments, data, and financial solutions for major enterprises like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft, operating with an engineering-driven, ambitious culture that values ownership, innovation, and ethical solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in payments/credit card industry and/or second line compliance functions
- • Fluent proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; Spanish is a plus
- • Available to work 3 days per week in Morumbi/SP office
