📋 Description

• Senior Compliance & Regulatory Specialist responsible for ensuring Binance’s operations in Brazil adhere to local and international regulatory standards, safeguarding the integrity of the platform and protecting user assets in one of Latin America’s fastest-growing crypto markets.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments in Brazil, conducting risk assessments, preparing compliance reports, liaising with local authorities and legal teams, implementing AML/KYC procedures, and supporting internal audits and investigations to maintain operational compliance.
• Part of Binance’s global Compliance team, which operates across jurisdictions to uphold the highest standards of security, transparency, and regulatory adherence in the cryptocurrency industry, enabling safe and scalable access to digital assets.
• Opportunity to develop deep expertise in Brazil’s evolving crypto regulatory landscape, influence policy engagement strategies, and contribute to building a compliant, trustworthy financial infrastructure that advances financial inclusion through blockchain innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industries
• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations, including those issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and Council for Financial Activities Control (COAF)
• Proven experience implementing AML/KYC programs and conducting risk-based due diligence in high-volume digital asset environments
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable compliance procedures
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
