  • • As a Senior Consultant Commerce and Retail Media at WPP Media, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing the cutting-edge e-commerce strategies for our premier advertising clients. This role is pivotal in driving growth and innovation within the rapidly evolving digital commerce landscape.
  • • You will provide strategic consultation and conceptual development, guiding clients in crafting comprehensive commerce strategies. This includes a strong focus on leveraging Data & Analytics, optimizing organic performance, and executing effective Paid Media campaigns to achieve their business objectives.
  • • A key responsibility involves supporting clients in the establishment, enhancement, and ongoing monitoring of their distribution strategies. This encompasses a wide array of channels, from direct-to-consumer (D2C) models and proprietary webshops to leading online marketplaces, ensuring a robust and integrated presence.
  • • You will actively contribute to client development and growth by identifying and acquiring new e-commerce prospects across diverse industries. Furthermore, you will foster sustainable client relationships to solidify their market leadership and expand their digital footprint.
  • • Conducting in-depth market and competitive analyses is crucial. You will meticulously examine product visibility and brand presence at the digital point of sale (POS) to derive data-informed recommendations that drive strategic decision-making and competitive advantage.
  • • This role demands strong project management capabilities, requiring you to take ownership and meticulously plan strategic and interdisciplinary projects. These initiatives will seamlessly integrate Data & Analytics, Creative development, Paid Media execution, and Organic optimization efforts, ensuring a holistic approach to client success.
  • • You will be a catalyst for innovation within the e-commerce domain, actively promoting new trends and developments. A particular emphasis will be placed on championing and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance client strategies and outcomes.
  • • WPP Media, as WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, offers a unique environment where media, data, and partnerships converge. You will leverage WPP Open, our pioneering agentic marketing platform, and Open Intelligence to deliver creative personalization at scale, providing clients with clear insights into the performance and impact of their media investments.
  • • Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, creative specialists, and media planners, to deliver integrated solutions. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling strategies that resonate with client needs and market dynamics.
  • • You will stay abreast of the latest developments in retail media networks, marketplace dynamics (such as Amazon, Criteo), social commerce, and performance marketing, ensuring our clients benefit from the most current and effective strategies.
  • • The position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for clients to expand their reach, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales through innovative e-commerce initiatives.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and presenting strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders, articulating the value proposition and expected outcomes of proposed initiatives.
  • • Contributing to the continuous improvement of WPP Media's service offerings and methodologies within the commerce and retail media space will be an integral part of your role.
