• • As a Senior Consultant in Data & AI at MCA Connect, you will be at the forefront of empowering manufacturers to achieve unprecedented success through the strategic application of data and artificial intelligence. • • This role is pivotal in enabling the growth of our Data & AI Services team, where you will act as a key partner to your colleagues, a dedicated mentor to junior team members, and a driving force behind project success. Your responsibilities will extend to leading complex project implementations from inception to completion, fostering a culture of innovation, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
• • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are thoroughly understood and met. A core aspect of your role will involve effectively utilizing Agile project delivery methodologies to ensure efficient and adaptable project execution, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the lifecycle.
• • A significant part of your contribution will be designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and robust technical architectures that precisely align with client requirements. This includes hands-on implementation of cutting-edge Microsoft data solutions, encompassing a wide range of services within the Azure Data & AI ecosystem.
• • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, translating these into practical, value-driven solutions for our manufacturing clients. This involves a proactive approach to identifying opportunities where data and AI can solve complex business challenges and create new avenues for growth.
• • Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales and pre-sales teams to understand client needs during the proposal phase, contributing technical expertise to shape winning solutions. You will also play a crucial role in knowledge sharing within the team, documenting best practices, and contributing to the development of reusable assets and accelerators.
• • Mentoring and upskilling junior consultants is a key expectation, fostering their technical and professional development. This includes providing guidance on technical challenges, code reviews, and career pathing, thereby strengthening the overall capability of the Data & AI team.
• • You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of delivered solutions, adhering to MCA Connect’s high standards for performance, security, and maintainability. This involves rigorous testing, performance tuning, and post-implementation support.
• • The Senior Consultant will also contribute to thought leadership within MCA Connect and the broader industry, potentially through internal presentations, external speaking engagements, or contributing to white papers and case studies.
• • You will work with a diverse range of Microsoft technologies, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Power BI, and other relevant Azure Data & AI services. A deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and business intelligence principles is essential.
• • This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will be expected to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results within project timelines and budgets.
