- • Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions tailored to client needs.
- • Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific NetSuite functionality.
- • Participate in and lead client workshops to define implementation strategy and align stakeholders on project goals.
- • Configure and customize NetSuite environments to build proof of concepts and present sustainable, scalable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders.
- • Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project scope and level-of-effort alongside sales team members.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing customer service and resolving project-related inquiries.
- • Travel to client sites as required to support implementation, optimization, and enhancement engagements.
- • Leverage deep expertise in NetSuite’s data model and transaction flows across core finance processes including Lead-to-Order, Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
- • Design and develop custom NetSuite records, forms, segments, fields, workflows, Saved Searches, Saved Reports, permissions, and roles.
- • Utilize CSV import tools and native NetSuite features to streamline data migration and system integration.
- • Support revenue recognition and ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance through NetSuite configuration and implementation.
- • Contribute to full life cycle NetSuite implementations from discovery and design through deployment and post-go-live support.
- • Assist in the integration of NetSuite with complementary platforms such as Adaptive, Salesforce, or OpenAir when required.
- • Deliver client-facing presentations and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on individual deliverables and project timelines.
- • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development within Accordion’s collaborative, flat organizational structure.
- • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by identifying value creation opportunities and contributing to practice growth.
- • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold Accordion’s commitment to exceptional service delivery in the private equity ecosystem.
- • Apply accounting and finance knowledge to ensure NetSuite configurations align with GAAP and internal control standards.
- • Support mergers and acquisitions activities through NetSuite integration, data consolidation, and financial system harmonization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems
- • Minimum of 4+ years of consulting experience
- • Minimum of 2.5 to 4+ years of NetSuite consulting experience
- • Certification as a NetSuite Administrator
- • Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite configuration across core financial processes (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- • Proficiency in designing custom NetSuite records, workflows, Saved Searches, permissions, and CSV imports
