- • As a Senior Consultant specializing in Project Management within Clarivate's MENA Academic and Government Consulting team, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and advancing research and development frameworks for universities, research institutes, industry R&D entities, and public agencies.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage multi-workstream engagements, ensuring seamless coordination of diverse stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to successful completion.
- • You will take ownership of the strategic direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and final delivery of projects, ensuring strict alignment with Clarivate's organizational strategy, commitments, and overarching goals.
- • This role demands a forward-thinking practitioner with a demonstrable track record of successfully managing complex projects within a consulting environment, coupled with professional project management credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
- • You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects, meticulously tracking progress, adhering to timelines, and making prompt, decisive operational decisions or escalating issues as needed to prevent any delays.

- • Providing concise and impactful reporting will be essential, including publishing clear status updates and dashboards for both internal leadership and external clients, effectively highlighting progress, identifying variances, and outlining any decisions required.
- • You will coordinate engagements with subject-matter experts and mentors, clearly defining their tasks and scheduling their involvement at critical inflection points to maximize their contribution.
- • Managing stakeholder communications and training initiatives will be a core function, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and practices, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for adoption, and meticulously documenting lessons learned into reusable playbooks and templates for future projects.
- • You will be tasked with driving the adoption of successful project practices into standard operating procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
