- • Serve as a Senior Consultant on Veeva’s European Commercial Services team, delivering end-to-end implementations of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions to global pharmaceutical and life sciences customers.
- • Lead business process due diligence, design scalable and robust solutions tailored to life sciences commercial operations, and drive successful project delivery across multiple roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and Product Owner/Business Analyst.
- • Execute migrations of customer environments from Salesforce CRM (SFDC) to the Veeva Vault Platform, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with client business objectives.
- • Collaborate directly with top-tier global pharmaceutical organizations to identify and solve their most critical business challenges in customer engagement, data integration, and AI-powered commercial workflows.
- • Apply deep domain expertise in life sciences commercial operations to design solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and patient access to therapies.
- • Work within a high-trust, autonomy-driven culture where initiative and performance directly influence career growth and ownership of client outcomes.
- • Operate in a collaborative, no-ego environment where team success is prioritized over individual competition, with accessible leadership and peer-driven support.
- • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support client engagements, site visits, and project milestones; visa sponsorship is not provided by Veeva.
- • Contribute to the broader mission of accelerating the delivery of life-saving treatments by enabling life sciences companies to operate with greater speed, accuracy, and customer-centricity.
- • Leverage Veeva’s industry cloud platform to implement innovative, data-driven customer relationship strategies that transform how pharmaceutical companies engage with HCPs and healthcare systems.
- • Maintain alignment with Veeva’s values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed, while operating as a Public Benefit Corporation committed to balancing stakeholder interests.
- • Work from a Veeva office location (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin) or another EU-based location, with flexibility to work remotely or in-office as part of Veeva’s Work Anywhere model.
- • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is strongly preferred to support client communication and regional market needs.
- • Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to evolving Veeva product capabilities, industry regulations, and emerging AI-driven commercial tools in life sciences.
