- • Serve as a Senior Consultant on Veeva’s European Commercial Services team, delivering end-to-end implementations of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions to global pharmaceutical clients.
- • Lead business process due diligence, design, and implementation of scalable, data-driven customer engagement solutions tailored to life sciences industry needs.
- • Drive migrations of customer environments from Salesforce (SFDC) to the Veeva Vault Platform, ensuring seamless transition and optimal system performance.
- • Act in multiple project roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and Product Owner/Business Analyst to ensure successful project delivery.
- • Collaborate directly with top-tier global pharmaceutical organizations to identify and solve their most critical business challenges in commercial operations.
- • Apply deep expertise in CRM systems and life sciences commercial workflows to enable clients in adopting AI-powered, connected customer relationship strategies.
- • Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution design reviews, and UAT testing to ensure alignment with client objectives and Veeva best practices.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Veeva Vault product capabilities, industry regulations, and evolving trends in life sciences commercialization.
- • Work within a high-trust, autonomy-driven culture where initiative and impact directly influence career growth and ownership opportunities.
- • Operate in a collaborative environment with no-ego principles, where peers support each other’s success and leadership is openly accessible.
- • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support client engagements, with no visa sponsorship provided by Veeva.

- • Work from home or in a Veeva office (Berlin, Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt) with flexibility to operate from other EU locations.
- • Communicate fluently in English; proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is strongly preferred to support client interactions across Europe.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing CRM solutions in the life sciences industry, particularly with Veeva Vault or Salesforce platforms
- • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is highly preferred
- • Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementation projects as Project Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst
- • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for client engagements
- • Experience migrating enterprise systems from Salesforce to Veeva Vault Platform
- • Strong understanding of life sciences commercial workflows including sales, marketing, and medical affairs operations
