This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of scientifically sound content for our global exhibition booths and integrated programmes, working across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical clients.
• • In this strategic position, you will not be directly creating content, but rather orchestrating its development and ensuring its seamless integration into complex projects. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping content strategy, developing robust messaging frameworks, and defining effective content architecture for a variety of applications, including exhibition booths, immersive environments, and broader programme workstreams. You will be a central figure in ensuring project excellence through meticulous content management.
• • Reporting to the Project Director, you will be the linchpin connecting client needs with creative execution. A key aspect of your role will involve building and nurturing strong client relationships. This means deeply understanding their corporate and brand guidelines and translating these requirements into tangible project designs and content development strategies. You will be the go-to person for partners, serving as a key contact for all content management and delivery aspects, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will be to navigate the intricate world of pharmaceutical regulations. You will work closely with project compliance teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' regulatory approval processes and ensure their rigorous implementation across all project elements. This includes collaborating with the Approvals Manager to meticulously manage content assets and booth designs through the entire approval lifecycle, from submission to final sign-off.
• • Your role extends to ensuring the quality and compliance of all project assets. You will act as a vital quality control resource, meticulously reviewing and refining content across various service lines, including film, artwork, and digital media, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will also contribute significantly to project team meetings, leading discussions on content types, their strategic application, and their alignment with project objectives.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Project Managers to develop detailed and accurate schedules for projects, ensuring that content development timelines are realistic and achievable. Keeping clients and internal team members informed of content progress is paramount. You will provide regular, transparent updates on any changes, potential issues, or milestones achieved, fostering a proactive and informed project environment.
• • You will be adept at preparing approval submissions and managing review outcomes, guiding assets through to final approval status. Furthermore, you will proactively identify practical solutions for asset development and utilization, always operating within the established compliance framework.
