  • Emotainizio Engage Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the delivery of scientifically sound and impactful content for our global exhibition booths and integrated programmes, primarily within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • As a Senior Content Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing content strategies for a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical clients. Your expertise will be crucial in developing robust messaging frameworks and sophisticated content architectures that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven background in content management and a strong understanding of working with healthcare clients, ideally within an agency setting. You will not be directly creating content, but rather orchestrating its development and ensuring its strategic alignment and flawless execution.
  • You will report directly to the Project Director, working collaboratively to ensure project excellence and client satisfaction.
  • A core aspect of your role will involve cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. This includes a deep dive into their corporate and brand guidelines to ensure their effective implementation across all project designs and content development initiatives.
  • You will actively support the development of content strategy, messaging frameworks, and content architecture for a range of projects, including exhibitions, environments, booths, and various programme workstreams.
  • You will be responsible for managing the project's content schedule, taking ownership of key content management programmes for designated clients, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for partners, you will manage all aspects of content management and delivery, fostering seamless collaboration and communication.
  • A critical component of this role is working closely with project compliance teams. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' regulatory approval processes and ensure their rigorous implementation across all project elements.
  • You will collaborate across various service lines, including film, artwork, and digital, to refine and update content assets, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • In conjunction with the Approvals Manager, you will meticulously manage content assets and booth designs through the entire approval process, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained efficiently.
  • You will serve as an essential quality control resource, meticulously reviewing all project assets to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Your contribution to project team meetings will be significant, where you will lead discussions on content types, their strategic application, and their alignment with project goals.
  • You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers to develop detailed and accurate schedules for projects. This involves keeping clients and internal team members fully informed of content progress, providing regular updates on any changes or emerging issues, and proactively managing expectations.
  • You will be responsible for preparing approval submissions and managing review outcomes, guiding assets through to final approval status.
  • A key proactive element of this role is identifying practical solutions for asset development and utilization within the complex compliance framework, ensuring both creativity and adherence to regulations are maintained.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a content management role, preferably within a medical communications agency or a similar environment.
  • Proven experience with compliance processes and working within regulatory frameworks, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector, understanding their impact on the creative process.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong planning and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients or other highly regulated industries.
  • Ability to effectively balance creative requirements with practical, deadline-driven delivery.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and fostering collaborative relationships with both clients and internal project teams.
  • Strong proofreading and editorial skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Awareness of cost management principles and the ability to deliver work within budget and agreed schedules.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects involved in the delivery of various content assets.
