📋 Description

• As a Senior Content Marketing Manager at Scale Army, you will own and grow organic as a predictable revenue channel, turning SEO, AEO, social, and content into a consistent source of pipeline for U.S.-based clients.
• You will build and execute a comprehensive organic strategy, set targets, own the roadmap, and report on measurable contributions to pipeline — going beyond traffic to drive real business impact.
• You will join a marketing team with social media, CRO, growth, video production, and design capabilities, with access to AI experts and external agencies to move fast and scale effectively.
• You will deepen your expertise in AI Engine Optimization (AEO), lead content creation and editorial standards, optimize conversion with CRO and paid media, and implement AI-powered workflows that elevate team output and establish organic as a core revenue driver.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content marketing with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and converting it into pipeline in B2B or SaaS
• Deep, hands-on SEO and AEO expertise, including experience optimizing for AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
• Experience owning and growing multiple organic channels end-to-end
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, WordPress, Looker Studio, and Claude
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer SEO, Screaming Frog) and AI workflow tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Jasper, Ocoya)
