  • • Own the Editorial Vision: Serve as the visionary behind the monthly newsletter and maintain the 'Rossum Voice' guidelines to keep messaging sophisticated yet accessible across all touchpoints.
  • • Guard Content Quality: Proofread and edit all outbound content, ensuring total consistency in tone and applying 'red-pen' precision to uphold editorial excellence across newsletters, product stories, campaigns, and digital assets.
  • • Lead Major Initiatives: Project manage high-impact campaigns such as the annual DAT report, overseeing end-to-end execution from data collection and analysis to design, distribution, and performance tracking.
  • • Drive Organic Growth: Develop and execute a data-informed content strategy using SEO and GEO insights, keyword research, and topic clustering to target high-intent queries and improve search visibility.
  • • Tell Compelling Stories: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to translate complex AI and IDP features into clear, benefit-driven narratives that position Rossum as a thought leader and trusted authority.
  • • About the Team or Company: Join a mission-driven marketing team at Rossum, a pioneer in AI-powered document processing, where innovation, autonomy, and a culture of honest, empathy-led communication are core values.
  • • What the Person Can Learn or Achieve: Within 3 months, master the Rossum Voice, own the newsletter, and identify SEO content gaps; within 6 months, lead a major content project like the DAT report and demonstrate measurable organic traffic growth; within 12 months, help establish Rossum as the definitive voice in IDP through a scalable library of high-performing, evergreen content.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or editorial roles, with specific expertise in SaaS, AI, or deep-tech environments.
  • • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an obsessive eye for detail, capable of simplifying complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • • Deep understanding of search intent, SEO best practices, and how content is discovered in the age of AI, including experience with keyword research and topic clustering.
  • • Hands-on proficiency with WordPress, HubSpot, Semrush, and AI-assisted writing or research tools to streamline content creation and optimization.
  • • Native-level English proficiency with a strong portfolio demonstrating both technical authority and creative range in content development.
