- • Senior Content Marketing Manager at Abnormal Security Corporation responsible for scaling content planning, coordination, and execution across the organization, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging aligned with business goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and managing the content calendar, serving as the central coordination point for content intake, triaging requests, partnering with content leads and strategists, coordinating timelines and deliverables for major initiatives, aligning with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams, reviewing and editing content for voice and tone consistency, leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows, supporting editorial processes, tracking performance, and identifying operational improvements.
- • The role sits within the Content Marketing team at Abnormal Security, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company focused on AI-powered email security, where content plays a central role in driving awareness, education, and demand across channels.
- • The person in this role will learn to scale content operations using AI-enabled workflows, deepen expertise in B2B SaaS content strategy, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and drive measurable impact through improved content reuse, efficiency, and alignment with go-to-market initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or content operations roles in B2B SaaS or similar environments
- • Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and the ability to use them to accelerate content creation, editing, repurposing, and workflows
- • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- • Experience managing content calendars, editorial workflows, or content operations systems
- • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast-moving environment
- • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and quality
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined processes
- • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
