📋 Description
- • As a Social Media Manager at Dataiku, you will own the global social media strategy and execution for a leading enterprise AI platform, playing a critical role in amplifying brand voice, executive thought leadership, and employee advocacy across key channels.
- • Day to day, you will manage the global social editorial calendar, create and publish content across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X, Instagram, and Facebook, partner with executives to draft thought leadership posts, lead employee advocacy programs, activate social for product launches and events, and optimize performance using Sprout Social.
- • You will sit within the Global Communications team under the VP of Brand and Corporate Marketing, collaborating closely with Growth & Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, PR, Field Marketing, Events, and recruiting teams to ensure consistent, strategic brand presence.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape the public voice of a fast-growing AI company, gain deep experience in enterprise tech communications, lead high-visibility campaigns, and develop expertise in social media governance, thought leadership amplification, and cross-functional campaign execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–5+ years of experience managing social media or communications programs in B2B technology or enterprise software
- • Experience managing brand accounts on LinkedIn and major social platforms, with bonus for running LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads campaigns
- • Strong writing and editorial skills, including drafting posts for executives
- • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and leadership teams
- • Comfort using data and metrics to guide social strategy
- • Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms
