- • Senior Content Strategist role focused on architecting content systems for intelligent experiences, blending traditional content strategy with emerging AI technologies to power generative and agentic experiences while maintaining rigorous information architecture and governance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analyzing content across channels, leading client workshops and interviews, defining content vision and roadmaps, designing information architecture and content models, leading content migrations, consulting on governance, designing conversation strategies for generative AI, structuring content for AI discoverability, applying LLM behavior understanding, acting as a subject matter expert, and overseeing content activities across project teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience developing interactive content
- • Strong background leading content strategy throughout the entire web development process
- • Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and AI content strategy
- • Comfort facilitating client workshops with clarity and enthusiasm
- • Ability to weigh in on design decisions with understanding of strategic goals
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation to manage multiple projects simultaneously
