  • As a Senior Content Strategist – B2B Technology at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how complex technical solutions are understood and valued by enterprise buyers, directly influencing revenue outcomes through strategic, high-impact content that bridges technical depth with executive relevance.
  • You will design and execute a comprehensive content strategy tightly aligned with enterprise pipeline goals, ensuring every asset serves a clear purpose in advancing deals through long, complex sales cycles by educating and nurturing technical and C-level stakeholders.
  • Your day-to-day will involve producing authoritative long-form content such as executive guides, technical deep-dives, and category-defining narratives that establish credibility and differentiate the company in competitive B2B technology markets.
  • You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate intricate technical capabilities into compelling, accurate stories that resonate with both engineers and business leaders, ensuring messaging is both technically sound and strategically positioned.
  • You will develop and refine messaging frameworks that articulate product value in terms of measurable business outcomes, enabling sales teams to communicate ROI effectively during enterprise evaluations and procurement processes.
  • You will support demand generation initiatives by creating stage-specific educational content that maps to buyer journey phases, from awareness to consideration, helping to shorten sales cycles and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • You will produce sales enablement assets — including battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators — that reinforce positioning, surface customer proof, and equip sales teams with the tools needed to win in competitive deals.
  • You will work within a remote-first, globally distributed team that serves US and UK-based clients, requiring fluency in asynchronous collaboration and a proven ability to thrive in distributed work environments using tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
  • You will contribute to thought leadership efforts that elevate the company’s market presence, potentially influencing category creation and establishing the brand as a trusted advisor in emerging technology spaces such as AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS or technical B2B environments, including familiarity with domains such as AI/ML, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, developer tools, or analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating content that directly influences pipeline progression, deal velocity, or revenue outcomes, with ability to tie creative work to business impact.
  • Exceptional skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, ranging from hands-on engineers to C-suite executives.
  • Direct experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and depth in content development.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise buying processes, including long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and formal evaluation/procurement stages.
  • Mandatory: Prior remote work experience and proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), plus proven experience working with US or UK-based companies.
