- • The Senior Contract and Budget Associate plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of legal agreements essential to clinical research operations, including drafting, negotiating, and tracking confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs), clinical trial agreements (CTAs), amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets. This role ensures contractual deliverables align with project timelines and supports the Clinical Operations study team in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and negotiating agreements and amendments, leading interactions with internal North American and European study teams, engaging with external sites and sponsors on contractual matters, resolving contractual issues in collaboration with supervisors and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company policies and contracting standards, updating study teams and sponsors on negotiation status, coordinating agreement execution, and maintaining contract files and databases through proper archiving and documentation.
