📋 Description

• • The Senior Contract and Budget Associate plays a critical role in supporting clinical trial operations by managing the full lifecycle of legal agreements and budgets, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and alignment with project goals.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs), clinical trial agreements (CTAs), CTA amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets; coordinating execution; maintaining contract files and databases; and serving as a key liaison between internal study teams, sponsors, and external sites in North America and Europe.
